The Lizard Centre is a great business - one of Australia’s foremost providers of evidence based early intervention treatment for children with autism and developmental delays. Our therapy program makes a huge difference in children’s lives, and those of their families, using the scientifically validated Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) method.
We are seeking a full-time permanent Scheduler for our Sydney clinic who will ensure the effective rostering of in-home casual therapists with our ever growing and changing client base. The key accountabilities will include:
- Creating exceptional client relationships and ensuring great client experiences;
- Accurate and proactive scheduling/rostering of in-home behaviour therapists;
- Ensure the timely matching of casual staff with families who require in-home therapy; to ensure clients are receiving adequate in-home therapy to achieve their goals.
- Provide support on a needs basis to cover reception duties and or administration support for the Centre Manager and General Manager as required.
You will need to be special…… and this means you will have a real empathy for clients in the disability space and be proactive and motivated to assist families implement in-home therapy with our great pool of casual therapists. With a willingness to be very hands-on, you will enjoy the challenge of a role in which every hour is challenging.

Background / Experience in; Client Services; Rostering using an online platform; Disability background (highly regarded)
